Hello, All! My name is Kimberly Edmondson and I teach in the English department at LaGrange High School, LaGrange, Georgia. I have taught for over 20 years in all subjects and at all grade levels.
I am originally from the northeastern corner of Alabama where I graduated from Gaylesville High School waaaaaaaaayyyyy back in the old days. I attended Auburn University where I met my wonderful husband, Bobby. I completed a Bachelor of Science in Education degree with a double major in history and psychology at Jacksonville State University and went on to receive both a Master's and a Specialist degrees In Educational Leadership from Troy University. I have numerous certifications and have put all of them to good use!
Bobby and I have three beautiful daughters, Alex, Anda and Abby; one son-in-law, Sam, one overactive lab-mix puppy, Max and one independent but very affectionate cat, Kuchen. We all (except the animals) attend Spring Road Christian Church (www.springroad.org) where we are very active in the worship, missions, college, and youth ministries. We have been blessed!
In my somewhat non-existent spare time, I enjoy reading, cross-stitch and learning arts/crafts from other cultures. I have lots of projects underway and more books than I can count, about 10 of which I am currently reading. Adding in my duties as wife and mom (not to mention violin lessons) and you can see the fun never ends! It's a good thing I love every minute!
